And also have existing Two units at same area i.e. A-478 & A-443-1. We have satred our manufacturing of Transformer Tank & Accessories activity in October 2005 for M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd., Mumbai, M/s Bharat Bijlee Ltd., Navi Mumbai, M/s. Siemense Ltd., Navi Mumbai & M/s. Emco Ltd., Thane.
Our Organisation is an ISO 9001:2015 certified & Six Sigma approved vendor for M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd. Envisagaing the clientele requirements, we have in house Grit Blasting & Painting facility at our near by workshop.
We have fully equipped 2000 sq. mtrs. Manufacturing unit and 1000 sq.mtrs. Blasting & Painting unit. Which is fully equipped with closed blasting booth of size 12mtrs X 9 mtrs. X 9 mtrs. & with cyclone dust collectors & compressed & Dry air for blasting & painting and Now, one world class blasting & painting shop will be in under construction.
In last 20 years we have manufactured more than 700 transformer tanks ranging 20MVA to 500MVA for M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd., Mumbai, M/s Bharat Bijlee Ltd., Navi Mumbai, M/s. Siemense Ltd., Navi Mumbai & M/s. Emco Ltd., Thane. Which are running successfully on site.
